Default Pantollo Pamarrasan

Pantollo Pamarrasan

Bahan:

* 2 ekor ikan gabus
* 10 bh keluwak tua
* 2 lbr daun pandan
* 10 btr bawang merah iris tipis
* 20 bh cabai rawit merah
* 2 cm jahe memarkan
* 2 cm lengkuas memarkan
* 1 sdt garam
* 500 ml air
* 10 btg kucai untuk taburan

Cara membuat:

1. Bakar ikan di atas api sampai agak kecokelatan.
2. Potong - potong, bersihkan, buang sisik dan isi perutnya.
3. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang merah hingga harum.
4. Masukkan cabai rawit, jahe, lengkuas, garam, kluwak halus.
5. Aduk hingga bumbu matang.
6. Masukkan potongan ikan, balik - balikan hingga ikan berubah warna.
7. Tuangi air, masak hingga matang.
8. Sebelum diangkat taburi dengan kucai.

Untuk 4 porsi
