Hi everyone,
Sorry for posting in English, but unfortunately my knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is too poor to communicate properly. This is something I will try and improve.
I'm currently working in London, but my father has worked in Jakarta for several years and I started saltwater fishing in Indonesia. I have not fished in Indonesia for some time, but have some good memories of fishing in Lampung, Pulau Deli Pelabuhan Ratu and Ujungkulon where I caught my first two black marlin with Capt. Rob Barraclough on the boat "Arimbi". I enjoy all kinds of salt water sport fishing, but billfish and tuna are my favourite fish and I try and fish for them as often as I can, which used to be quite often when I was working as a deckhand, but nowadays is nowhere near as often as I would like.
Most of my fishing is in the Atlantic these days, but I would really like to fish in Indonesia again. I'm looking forward to learning more about fishing in your waters from this forum.
Best regards
Dustin
