Default Ikan asam pedas, pesenan pak Nico ...
Wakakakak, njajal ngasi resep buat moderator, mau dituker kotrekan 10 biji ntar kalo balik ke Batam.

Ini resep khas masakan melayu, dapet dari ibu kost yg asli orang melayu.

Bahan : 5 ekor ikan, terserah mau kembung, selar, baronang, kecuali tongkol kudu ditambahin kemiri.
Cabe kering, merica secukupnya, 3 siung bawang merah, 3 siung bawang putih, jahe dan kunyit secukupnya, air peresan asam jawa.

Caranya : giling/haluskan semua bumbu lalu tumis sampe harum, lalu tambahkan 2 gelas air putih dan air remesan asam jawa lalu aduk. Setelah mendidih masukkan ikan dan tunggu sampai matang (kira-2 15 menit).
Beres deh.

Akhiiiirnyaaaaa..... ini resep dari tahun lalu di suruh tanya'in sama ibu kos'nya...baru sekarang dech di kasihnya...hahahaha....
Siiip paaak...nanti resepnya dituker ama kotrekan dech...hahaha....
