Kang Roel, menurut pengalaman sayah, drpd pake tuna kalengan jauh lebih bagus pake ikan steam / kukus. Bisa pake layur, baracuda, ato kakap merah. Yg jelek : tengiri, tongkol, ikan air tawar.
