    [Bukan Resep, Cuma Foto]Ikan Fugu / Ikan Buntal

    Em, saya ada foto masakan dengan bahan ikan. Ikan itu adalah ikan fugu, alias ikan buntal. Nampaknya ikan ini cukup dijauhi oleh para mancingers, termasuk saya, kalau mancing dapet ikan ini pasti akan segera di release (padahal dibuang, yak!)

    Cara mengolah/menyiangi ikan ini..... saya tidak tahu, yang jelas perlu ijazah khusus untuk bisa menjadi koki di restoran dengan menu ikan buntal ini.

    Cara memasak? Gampang banget, dengan catatan udah jadi ikan yang siap masak.

    Digoreng (nama masakannya : karaage)



    Di rebus ( nama masakannya Nabe ) dimana daging ikan fugu ini direbus bersama dengan sayuran, seperti jamur, daun bawang, wortel, dsb-dsb.





    Cara makannya daging atau sayuran dicocolin sama semacam sous dari wijen atau ponzuu (seperti cuka tapi rasanya tidak begitu asam).

    Siripnya bisa dijemur, terus dibakar dan dimasukan ke dalam sake, terus disulut api, ditutup diamkan sebentar baru diminum.





    Menurut saya sih rasanya seperti air laut dikash alkhohol tapi bagi yang suka, ini katanya enak sekali.

    Dan juga sebenarnya bisa dibuat sashimi alias di makan mentah, dengan kecap asin dan wasabi parut (seperti umbi-umbian tapi memiliki rasa pedas yang khas). Tapi yang sashimi ini dah terlanjur dimakan, baru ingat foto.... jadi fotonya ntar kalau pergi makan ikan fugu lagi....

    deg-degan... ya waktu pertamanya sih lumayan agak "ngeper" juga. Tapi setelah makan ya biasa saja. Lagian dah dikasih tahu, kalau maksimal 1 jam setelah makan ikan ini, terus tangan kesemutan harus segera telpon ambulan dan usahakan jangan sendirian supaya ada yang menolong kalau ada apa-apa.

    Terus, sistim makannya dibuat full course, urut mulai dari sashimi, terus karaage, terus nabe. Abis itu, dikasih bubur, kasih hidangan pencuci mulut dsb-dsb, yang untuk menyelesaikan full course itu memakan waktu lebih dari 2 jam. mungkin dengan perhitungan, kalau toh keracunan, masih ada di lingkungan restoran, sehingga orang restoran bisa membantu.

    Katanya sih, kalau keracunan pun, asalkan belum terlambat, bisa ditolong.

    rasanya bener2 maknyuzz... pengalaman saya waktu makan ikan itu pertama kali rada ngeri+takut, soalnya taruhannya nyawa, tp saya ada trik khusus, waktu itu saya liat temen saya dulu yg makan, setelah setengah jam temen saya msh hidup, baru deh saya nyicipin. Tp sampai skg saya msh blm berani utk ngolah/masaknya biarpun udah di ajarin berkali2 cara ngolah ikan tersebut.

    mungkin justru itu alasannya, pak Eddy.....

    orang Jepang bilang sashimi fugu adalah paling enak seluruh dunia itu karena belum pernah kena cabenya baronang rica....
