    Sambel bajak ini sebenernya gampang kok

    Bahan:
    5 siung bawang merah
    9 bh cabai merah
    4 bh cabai rawit
    1,5 bh tomat /satu setengah
    kalo versi jawa terasinya 1/4 sedok teh aja, kalo versi betawi agak banyakan1/2-1 sdt
    1 sdt garam
    1 sdt gula merah
    1/2 sdt gula pasir
    minyak goreng

    Cara pembuatan ulek semua sampai halus setelah itu di tumis sebentar sampai harum, sikatttt

    PS: Versi untuk seafood biasanya daku kasi bawang putih 3 siung plus jeruk limau, kalau bukan seafood misal ayam goreng pakai yang diatas aja

    Wied ini pada dasarnya adalah sambal bajak.......gw udah coba...dan mak nyussss!!!!

    3 bh tomat merah matang, potong-potong
    1 sdt terasi matang
    1 sdm gula merah
    4 siung bawang merah (diiris iris ya...)
    3 sdm minyak sayur untuk menumis
    Garam sesukanya
    sasa (kalau suka)

    bumbu dihaluskan:
    3 siung bwg putih
    3 buah cabe merah besaaaarrrr....
    10 buah cabe rawit merah (yang ini terserah deh, kalau gak doyan pedes ya jgn banyak2..)

    Cara bikin:
    1 tumis bawang merah iris sampe haruuuuummmm....
    2 masukkan bumbu halus dan tomat, aduk sampe tomat hancuuuurrrr....
    3 masukkan garam, gula, dan terasi, sasa, aduk terus sampai susut dengan api kecil
    4 Sajikan..

    yang ini hasilnya kayak sambel bajak botolan kokita ngga? saya pernah coba, tapi setelah mateng, cabenya itu nggak bisa mateng banget and hancur tinggal kulit arinya spt yang botolan itu. pernah juga coba sekali lagi agak lama-an masaknya eh malah berminyak dan kering
    ada ide?

    Rahasia sambal yg ma'nyosss

    Bro Wiwied, nih ta' kasi bocoran cara membuat sambal bajak yang ma'nyoss udah terbukti ludes waktu kemarin di Peucang.
    Bahan2 hampir sama seperti yang di posting Chef Alphonsus, hanya cara memasaknya sedikit berbeda, gini :
    Bahan2 mentah spt cabe merah, bawang merah, cabe rawit, tomat, bawang putih ditumis dulu utuh (jgn diulek dulu) 1/2 matang, diminyak bekas menggoreng terasi.
    Angkat kemudian di ulek dengan urutan: cabe2an, bawang2an terakhir tomat sambil ditambahkan terasi goreng, gula jawa secukupnya (sesuai selera), garam. Tambahkan sedikit minyak jelantah panas bekas gorengan terasi atau ikan asin (paling mantap bekas menggoreng ikan peda).
    Setelah ter-ulek rata beri perasan jeruk limau, biarkan kulit jeruk bekas perasan di dalam sambal. Jangan lupa pakai terasi yang bagus, karena kuncinya disini. Kalau ingin tidak terlalu pedas tambahkan tomatnya.

    Nah, dah bocor deh. Selamat menikmati..........

    sip2... nah ini sambel emang manteb karena udah gw coba, kebetulan belon lama emang dikasih resep ini sama bagoes dan udah praktek, tapi menurut gw ini bukan sambel bajak lho... tapi sambel trasi yang biasa buat makan ikan asin sama sayur asem ato lodeh tuh.
    sambel bajak yang gw maksud tuh bener2 adalah sambel bajaknya nyonya suharti ato mbok berek itu kok... yang manis.
