    Ikan Bakar

    Resep ini dari cerita teman kuliah gua. Katanya sih masakan ikan bakar her sister enak banget. G minta resepnya, sangat sederhana sekali. G sendiri belum cobain.
    Bahan:
    1 ekor ikan bisa baronang, kakap, bawal dll.
    bawang putih
    saus tiram
    mentega
    jeruk nipis

    daun pisang

    Caranya:
    tumbuk bawang putih, campur dgn saus tiram dan mentega(dicairkan).
    lumuri ikan dgn bumbu diatas. bungkus dgn daun pisang.
    bakar sampai daun menguning.
    keluarkan ikan, dan bakar lagi seperti biasa.

    Saya dulu pernah juga mencoba bakar ikan dengan bumbu yang mirip 2x seperti resep om Hermanto, tapi kalau anda mau membakar dengan cara seperti ini ikan harus benar 2x segar karena kalau tidak ikan nggak ada rasanya hanya kulitnya aja yang gurih dengan aroma saos tiram lainya amis, Namun kalau boleh saya sedikit mengoreksi untuk cara diatas atau lebih dikenal dengan bakar putih atau tanpa kecap, maka yang perlu anda lakukan adalah sebagai berikut untuk mengganti proses membakar yang pertama siapkan
    ikan
    mertega 4 sdm
    bawang putih 2 siung dimemarkan
    saos tiram 1 sdm
    garam secukupnya
    gula secukupnya
    saos tomat 2 sdm
    saos sambel(kalau suka pedas) secukupna
    ketumbar (bila suka) secukupnya
    merica secukupnya
    daun sereh(bagi yang suka rasa yang agak menyengat)/daun salam
    jahe 2 iris dimemarkan
    air 1/2 gelas


    Cara memasak
    ulek bawang putih,garam,gula,merica,jahe,ketumbar sampai halus
    masak mertega diatas wajan dengan api kecil, masukan bumbu ulekan goreng sebentar sampai harum dan warna sedikit berubah masukan air , aduk rata bagi yang suka MSG bisa ditambahkan cukup 1/4 sendok kecil, jangan banyak 2x, setelah mendidih masukan saos tomat, saos sambel,saos tiram daun salam aduk hingga rata sampai mendidih,kemudian masukan ikan yang sudah diiris-iris melintang kemudian besarkan sedikit apinya, bolak balik ikan sampai semua bumbu melumuri badan ikan kemudian tutup wajan, tunggu 3 menit angkat (ingat jangan terlalu lama masaknya nanti ikan terlalu rapuh untuk dibakar) siapkan panggangan, panggang ikan jangan lupa melumuri kulit ikan dengan mertega supaya tidak gosong , semoga membantu


    ps: bila anda masih tetap ingin pake cara bakar dua kali ,lumuri ikan dengan jeruk nipis diamkan selama 15 menit kemudian campur semua bumbu diatas tanpa air ,lumuri ke ikan bungkus dengan daun pisang bakar hingga daun menguning ,kemudian bakar sambil dilumuri mertega

    Hallo semua...saya member baru nich
    saya terharu sekali melihat resep-resepnya om alphonsus habis gimana yach....
    kayaknya sih eneak-enak om chief koki kali ya...

    om bisa nga saya dapetin resep sambal andalannya om, belum nyoba saya sudah ngileeeeerrrrr nich habis promosinya gitu sich... please yach om resep sambalnya...

    resep sambal saya yg paling daku suka adalah sambal banjar, silahkan search aja sambal banjar, agak ribet bikinnya tapi mantab
