    Saya bukan Master Oom... saya hanya nubie yang sok tahu karena pingin tahu walaupun tidak tahu........

    Sebenarnya kalau yang Ane pakai Pasta hanya sebagai pewarna kadang2 malahan pakai pewarna saja........... supaya Aromanya tidak berubah......... Namun demikian didalam penggunaan pasta kemungkinan bertujuan untuk aromanya agar lebih soft.....

    Kapolda di rumah demen belajar membikin aneka kue. Pernah suatu hari saya menanyakan ke kapolda, apa beda manfaat antara pasta dan essens. Jawaban kapolda intinya adalah:
    1. Pasta lebih ditujukan untuk memberikan warna ke kue dan memberikan "sedikit" aroma ke kue (penekanan lebih kepada fungsi pewarna).
    2. Essens lebih ditujukan untuk memberikan aroma yang "keras" seperti nama essens. Misalnya essen durian --> aroma khas durian akan "sangat" tercium.

    Mungkin jika dianalogikan ke oplosan, pemanfaatannya mestinya mirip-mirip.

    Maka ada baiknya, sebelum mencampur pasta atau essens sebagai oplosan, kita cium aromanya. Campur dikit-dikit, cium lagi dst., sampai ketemu aroma yang menurut kita "pas". Karena beda merek, beda pula "keras/lembutnya" si aroma. Oplosan yang baru dicampurpun akan berbeda aromanya, jika kita cium aromanya beberapa hari kemudian.

    Maaf, ini cuma mencoba menulis apa yang saya tangkap selama ini dari para suhu FF. Jika ada yang ngga bener, malah mohon diluruskan sekalian ...

    Ini pendapat saya ya, kalau esen itu sedikit banyak ada kandungan alkoholnya atau yg mudah menguap, sehingga aromanya akan terasa lebih nyengat. Kalau pasta aromanya akan lebih soft, jadi kalau dari pengalaman sih harus dikombinasikan. Saya cukup percaya dengan perbandingan 1 banding 2, jadi 1 ukuran pasta dikombinasi dan 2 ukuran esen. Primbon nya seperti itu sih yang saya anut selama ini

    kalo saya tidak sepakat kalo dibilang pasta hanya untuk mencari efek warnanya aja ... kalo mau cari warna ya pake pewarna aja sekalian ... kalo saya biasanya pasta saya pergunakan apabila aroma dari oplosan itu asem seger tapi tidak menyengat / kenceng ....percobaan pertama saya gunakan jeruk keprok essen ditambah essen a + essen b dll... ternyata aroma asemnya terlalu menyengat ... nah utk uji coba ke 2 saya gunakan adalah jeruk keprok pasta + essen a + essen b + dll... nah aroma asemnya tipis aja kira kira begitu
